Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato is a supercar built to go rallying
Lamborghini has taken the wraps off its all-new go-anyplace supercar, the Huracan Sterrato. As claimed by us previously, the car was presented at Art Basel in Miami.
The Sterrato is essentially a jacked-up Huracan. In point, as opposed to the Huracan Evo, the suspension on the Sterrato has been raised by 43 mm. Added floor clearance, blended with all-wheel push and an updated ‘Integrated Car Dynamics System’ presents it the go-anywhere capability.
On the outside the house, the Huracan Sterrato gets a bespoke overall body package that involves fender extensions, skid plates, roof rails, a roof scoop and even a pair of auxiliary LED lights.
At its heart is the acquainted 5.2-liter V10 engine that develops 602 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque. It is channelled to all four wheels by means of a 7-speed twin-clutch computerized transmission. In addition to Strada and Activity modes, the Sterrato also gets a ‘Rally’ method, one of a kind to the design. Lambo promises a -62 mph time of 3.4 seconds and a prime pace of 162 mph.
Besides the lifted suspension, Lamborghini has also supplied the Sterrato wider front and rear tracks. The automobile rides on 19-inch wheels shod with Bridgestone’s all-terrain run-flat tires.
Generation of the Huracan Sterrato will start in February 2023. Only 1499 units will be developed.
