Art & Photography At The Lake: Lake Arts Council To Host Two Virtual Events | Lake of the Ozarks Community News

The Lake Arts Council is hosting two “virtual” art and photography events in the coming months, exhibiting the talents of Lake area artists and photographers.

Lake Arts Council’s Summer Virtual Art Show featuring both Professional & Amateur Categories will be held online from July 9 – Sept. 9. Visit the Virtual Viewing Show online anytime at www.artsatthelake.com and on their Facebook page. More than 50 pieces of artwork will be showcased.

The Lake Arts Council in partnership with the Lake Area Camera Club will be presenting a VIRTUAL PHOTO QUEST 2020 Amateur Photography Contest & Exhibit from Aug. 5 – Sept. 30. The deadline for entry form & fee is Saturday, July 25, and entry forms with full details can be found at artsatthelake.com and Facebook page.

The entry fee is $5 per entry, with up to two entries per category. The categories are: Wildlife & Nature; Abstracts & Story Telling; Landscapes & Scenics; Still Life & Florals; Architecture & Machines. The exhibit may be viewed online on our website Aug. 5 – Sept. 30.

Award winners will be announced on Saturday, Aug. 1 on LAC’s website & Facebook page. Fees may be paid by check to the Lake Arts Council or on their website by PayPal. For more information, please call 573-964-6366.
